Refund and Returns Policy

cancellation & Refund of order? reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under a situation where is not able to meet the requirement of the order placed or during the misuse of a gift coupon. However, will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order, so canceled, is intimated by email or phone within the appropriate time to the concerned person and any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.

For Payment Refund special Cases it Will Take 5 to 7 Working Days to Refund Payment after receiving returned Product (return should be with Prior Conformation from the Deception52 team).

Can you take returns?

  • We only take returns if the shipped product is damaged or in case of any malfunctioning and it will be replaced with the same working Magic Trick, in magic tricks secrete is the most important factor so we won’t take it to return if you are not able to perform a trick, please read complete details of trick before your purchase. 
  • Books, Downloadable Products and DVD Products are not available for Return, Exchange, or Refund.
  • ” Please notify Deception52 of receipt of a damaged / defective product / Returns within 5 Days of delivery to You. If You are unable to do so within 5 Days, the Deception52 team shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order .”

How do I return items damaged in transit?

  • You can return items if damaged in transit that you have purchased back to us via the post or to your local courier.
  • you need to manually visit the Indian Post or Local Courier center near you and ship the Product, we don’t have a reverse pickup service Available for now. 
  • Return / Damaged / Defective Props must be shipped back within 7 working days or else 10 % restocking fees will be applied to returned/damaged / defective products. once we receive the Damaged / Defective Trick it will be replaced with the same working Product.

The Returned Products Shipping charges will be paid by the customer only. 

  • Please note that our Return Policy applies to the return of all physical products purchased from the Online Store.

Refund & Exchange 

  • Product Exchange or payment Refund is not allowed once you received the Parcel; to request a refund you reject the parcel while delivery. 
  • The exchange will be made only with a Valid Reason approved By Deception52 Team, defective Products will be replaced with new working products after receiving the damaged Products.
